General Purpose of Job The Grid Data Analyst position is responsible for providing information, assistance, and technical resources to cooperative system end users. This position helps the cooperative turn governed enterprise and electric grid data into trusted insights, reports, semantic models, operational metrics, automations, and decision-support products. This role supports utility operations by analyzing data from systems such as Outage Management systems (OMS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Customer Information Systems (CIS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS). This role works across business and technology teams to understand business processes, define analytical requirements, validate data products, and deliver reports and dashboards that are accurate, usable, secure, and aligned with enterprise data governance standards.
