Position Summary The M Data Analytics Analyst 3 is responsible for supporting business decision-making through data analysis, enterprise data modeling, business intelligence reporting, and project coordination . This role works closely with business leaders, IT teams, analytics teams, and operational stakeholders to translate business questions into meaningful datasets, dashboards, reporting assets, and analytical insights. The selected candidate will support enterprise data initiatives involving: structured data modeling BI dashboard development KPI reporting ETL/ELT support data validation cloud-based analytics preparation workflow automation support This role combines strong technical capability with business-facing communication and project execution discipline. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Business Insights Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support business decisions and operational insights. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership and business teams. Translate business requirements into analytical datasets and reporting solutions. Provide recurring and ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives. Data Modeling & Architecture Develop and maintain: conceptual data models logical data models physical data models Apply strong understanding of: dimensional modeling star schema design relational data structures enterprise data architecture Ensure data structures support efficient reporting and analytics use cases. Power BI Development Design and maintain enterprise dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.

Build BI solutions using:

DAX Power Query (M) dataset modeling Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and data accuracy. Apply visualization best practices and intuitive dashboard design. SQL & Database Development Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analytics.

Work with relational databases including:

Azure SQL SQL Server PostgreSQL Develop and maintain structured datasets for reporting and analysis. Databricks & Data Preparation Support data transformation and preparation in Databricks.

Work with:

Delta Lake notebook-based development data cleansing and validation processes Assist in ETL/ELT workflows and performance optimization.

ETL / ELT

& Data Quality Support ETL/ELT processes including data extraction, transformation, and loading. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of analytical datasets. Project Coordination Coordinate small to mid-sized analytics projects and workstreams.
