Job Description
Position Summary The Data Analyst supports Finance department by developing reports, analyzing data, documenting business processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. This role partners with cross-functional teams to learn existing workflows, gather business requirements, and develop reporting and analytical solutions that improve efficiency and support informed decision-making. The position requires a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn new systems, work independently on assigned projects, and continuously improve organizational processes. Education Bachelors Degree - Required Experience 1-2 Years Healthcare, Finance, or Data Analytics - Preferred License & Certification None Required Core Job Functions Collaborate with operational and finance teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and document workflows. Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support operational and financial decision-making. Identify, recommend, and assist with implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and standardize workflows. Perform data analysis, research, testing, and other independent projects to support departmental and organizational initiatives. Prepare documentation, provide project updates, and perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
