From $40,000 - 45,000 per year depending on experience About the Role BRYCER is the industry-leading compliance platform trusted by thousands of municipalities, fire departments, and contractors across the country. Our Compliance Engine transforms how Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) manage life-safety and other inspections, simplifying compliance, and strengthening public safety at scale. As a Report Review Analyst, you'll review fire & life-safety reports from service providers - verifying them against original inspection reports to ensure every record in our system is accurate and compliant. If you're someone who takes satisfaction in accuracy, attention to detail, and making communities safer, this role is a good fit. This is a full-time, in-person position at our Lisle, IL office. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate prior to starting. What you'll do Review inspection reports for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements. Verify that all inspected fire protection & water utility systems (e.g., fire alarms, sprinkler systems, extinguishers, backflow) are properly documented. Ensure deficiencies, impairments, and code violations are clearly identified and accurately described. Identify missing information, discrepancies, or data-entry errors. Communicate report revisions, deficiencies, and compliance concerns to technicians, management, and customers as needed. You'll be a great fit if you have... Prior knowledge of fire protection systems is a plus - but not required; we will train Time-management skills to meet review deadlines and service level expectations.
