In this role, you will bridge the gap between human resources data and business intelligence by leading compensation benchmarking, managing critical HR surveys, and leveraging analytics to drive strategic talent decisions. You will partner closely with HR leaders, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver automated data tools, dashboards, and actionable insights.
By understanding the business objectives and success criteria of each project, you will drive each project to completion and align your survey data and compensation benchmarking data analysis efforts seamlessly with our overarching goals to create motivating employee experiences.

Gather market compensation data and calculate metrics in strict alignment with internal standards and vendor definitions.
Vendor Submissions:
Accurately complete data submissions to compensation benchmarking vendors through their platforms by specified deadlines, and promptly resolve any follow-up inquiries.
Dashboard Creation:
Create and maintain dynamic dashboards that translate raw vendor benchmarks into meaningful metrics and data tools for the Compensation team and executive leadership.
Program Support:
Conduct regular and ad-hoc benchmarking analyses using external survey data and internal pay structures to support compensation reviews and program design decisions.
Pay Range Design:
Partner with the broader Compensation team to build or update competitive salary ranges for existing and newly created job profiles.
Process Automation:
Proactively identify manual, repetitive data workflows and build automated solutions to replace them.2.
Survey Reporting & Business IntelligenceStakeholder Alignment:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand employee survey needs and deliver clean, insightful reporting using PowerPoint or Power BI.
Insight Generation:
Identify core strengths and growth opportunities from survey data, building metrics and outputs that align business and HR objectives.
Advanced Analytics:
Partner with our data science team to deliver advanced statistical analyses that answer critical stakeholder questions and uncover fresh business insights.3.
Project & Vendor ManagementTimeline Management:
Own and drive project timelines for global compensation benchmarking cycles and employee engagement surveys.
Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify and resolve project blockers or logistical challenges to ensure successful, on-time project delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with teams across Communications, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure seamless survey launches and data distribution.
Vendor Operations:
Manage relationships with compensation benchmarking and survey application vendors to ensure successful, high-performing partnerships.
3-5 years of experience in data analytics, financial or compensation modeling, and project management.
Data Privacy:
Demonstrated ability to handle large, sensitive, and highly confidential datasets with absolute accuracy and discretion.
Project Delivery:
Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional projects from inception to on-time completion.
Work Style:
A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking ownership of processes.
Technical SkillsAdvanced Excel:
High proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, macro usage, and data modeling.
Data Visualization:
Intermediate experience building dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or equivalent tools.
Data Manipulation:
Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and workflow automation.
HCM Systems:
Direct experience working with HCM platforms (Workday strongly preferred), specifically utilizing their reporting and analytics layers.
Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)Experience with leading compensation survey tools (e.g., Radford, WTW, Mercer).Experience administering Employee Survey platforms (e.g., Glint, Qualtrics).Prior experience working within a Total Rewards or Corporate Compensation function.
