As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our sales team, sales leadership, and customers to identify, organize, and analyze hospital data and performance metrics. These insights help demonstrate the clinical and financial impact of our solutions and interventions across healthcare organizations. In this role, you will execute reporting and analytical activities while developing a strong understanding of the business unit, department processes, and customer needs. Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, preparing and validating datasets, conducting quality reviews, supporting customer analyses, and responding to routine data requests. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into meaningful insights that support business and customer objectives.

Help deliver trusted, high-quality data that enables scalability, process excellence, and improved partner experiences. Data Intelligence - Develop dashboards and visualizations of internal datasets that support informed decision-making across business units and for customers. Majors Targeted:
Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (MIS), Statistics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Finance What You Need Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship. Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. $20 min hourly wage - $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring locationBenefits
