The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting Supply Chain and SIOP functions through data-driven insights, forecasting analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Duties and responsibilities of a

Data Analyst:

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to forecast accuracy, inventory levels, supplier performance, and production efficiency. Strong Excel and data presentation skills required Support SIOP planning activities with weekly and monthly reporting updates. Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Partner with Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Finance, and Commercial teams to support strategic decision-making. Maintain and improve databases, data models, and reporting tools. Validate ERP data including BOMs, routings, and master data accuracy. Support forecasting, inventory optimization, and production planning initiatives. Track KPIs and operational metrics to support continuous improvement activities. Assist with scenario planning and supply chain analytics across multiple product categories.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or business data analysis. 5+ years of experience supporting Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query, and data analysis. Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Microsoft Navision or similar. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms preferred. Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex data sets and present actionable business insights.
