A Culture of Innovation We thrive on collaboration, creativity, and communication to address dynamic market needs. What's the Role? Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Data Support Analyst to join our team, supporting enterprise systems, networks, and database platforms in a production environment. This role goes beyond entry-level Tier 1 support and requires hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, system administration, and database support activities . The position is responsible for operational system stability, access management, and ongoing support of networked systems and data platforms . The ideal candidate brings a strong troubleshooting mindset, understands how enterprise environments operate, and can independently resolve issues while partnering closely with infrastructure, security, and database teams. This role is well suited for an IT professional who has grown out of basic help desk support and is ready to take on broader responsibility across systems, networking, and database operations. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 support for hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues — owning incidents from intake through resolution, including root-cause analysis, escalation, and documentation. Manage user account provisioning, permissions, workstation deployment, and access controls across systems and platforms; mentor Tier 1 staff as needed. Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise systems, network infrastructure, and cloud environments in partnership with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams. Build and maintain data acquisition tools; support ETL frameworks, troubleshoot data quality issues, and use SQL to assist application and reporting teams. Perform database monitoring, backup validation, recovery support, and troubleshooting of connectivity, performance, and access issues in collaboration with DBAs. Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures; participate in on-call rotation and incident/change/problem management processes. Identify recurring issues, recommend improvements, and continuously expand expertise across infrastructure, networking, and data platforms Qualifications 3-5+ years in IT support, systems support, or infrastructure roles, with demonstrated experience in enterprise environments beyond entry-level or Tier 1 support. Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, system access management, identity platforms, and incident management methodologies. Working knowledge of SQL, relational database concepts, and hands-on experience with platforms such as SQL Server or Azure SQL; familiarity with cloud or enterprise platforms (Azure, AWS, Microsoft ecosystem) a plus. Clear communicator with a strong customer service mindset, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
