Job Description

Position Overview Pharma Fusion Pharmacy is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and driven Data Analyst to support operational, clinical, and financial reporting initiatives within our rapidly growing specialty pharmacy organization. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting infrastructure, integrating complex data sources, creating executive dashboards, and delivering actionable business intelligence that supports operational efficiency, patient outcomes, financial performance, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess advanced experience in Microsoft Power BI, strong Excel and data modeling capabilities, and the ability to transform complex healthcare and pharmacy data into meaningful insights for leadership and operational teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI Structure, normalize, validate, and manage large datasets from multiple internal and external systems Integrate reporting data across pharmacy operations, dispensing platforms, financial systems, payer data, manufacturer reporting, and clinical systems Develop automated reporting workflows to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and operational visibility Analyze operational KPIs including: Prescription volume Adherence metrics Reimbursement trends Turnaround times Inventory utilization Patient outcomes Create executive-level dashboards and visualizations for leadership, operations, finance, business development, and clinical teams Collaborate cross-functionally to identify reporting opportunities and operational improvement initiatives Ensure integrity, consistency, and governance of enterprise reporting data Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting to support strategic decision-making Assist with payer reporting, manufacturer reporting, accreditation support, and audit preparation Identify opportunities for process improvement through workflow optimization and data analysis Translate complex data into concise, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare analytics Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including: Pivot Tables Power Query Advanced formulas Data modeling Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI including: Dashboard development DAX formulas Data modeling Visualization best practices Automated refresh and integration workflows Experience integrating and managing data from multiple systems and sources Strong understanding of relational databases and data transformation concepts Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience within specialty pharmacy, healthcare, PBM, or pharmaceutical environments Knowledge of pharmacy claims data, dispensing workflows, reimbursement structures, and adherence metrics Familiarity with specialty pharmacy operational KPIs and reporting Experience with
SQL, ETL
