Job Title:

Data Analyst - Vaughn Automotive Group Vaughn Automotive Group, a leading automotive dealership group, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable insights and making strategic decisions based on data for our organization. Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and analyze various types of data from multiple sources within the organization. Develop and maintain data tools, dashboards, and reports to provide key insights to various stakeholders. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer and sales data, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing and sales strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide customized reports and analysis to support their operations. Proactively monitor and track data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and latest data analysis tools to continuously improve data analysis processes and techniques.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner. Proficient in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, with a solid understanding of statistical analysis. Experience with CRM and DMS systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
