Data Analyst Location :
Everett, MA (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office )
Duration:
1+ Years Hybrid - 1 day per week in office Interview Process Virtual interview Possibility of an in-person final round Work Schedule 7.50 hours per day 37.50 hours per week Position Overview Data Analyst to support critical enterprise initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, project managers, administrators, architects, and development teams to analyze business needs, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized professional with strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills who can effectively bridge business and technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. Responsibilities Utilize program development tools and technologies such as: SAS SQL Business Objects Develop reports and cubes according to analyst-defined specifications. Assume independent responsibility for specific subject areas within the reporting and analysis environment. Provide expertise within the data warehouse framework. Conduct technical training sessions. Work with architects and development leads to improve performance and extend functionality. Maintain and document the operational environment. Install and upgrade applications. Required Experience & Qualifications 4-5 years of professional experience in: Data Analysis Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Salesforce data and reporting experience. Snowflake experience. Advanced SQL experience, including: Complex joins Query optimization Power BI experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
Statistical analysis experience using:
R Stata Python Executive dashboard experience. KPI and outcome measurement experience. Data validation, data quality, and readiness assessment experience. Funnel, journey, trend, and performance analysis experience. Knowledge or experience with licensing qualification and Family Child Care domain. LMS, web analytics, or application lifecycle reporting experience. Public sector, government, or education industry experience.
