is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and support our engagements. This position will require you to work closely with client teams to analyze data, drive insights, and support operational and project performance improvements. Who We Are

Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations, and driving business transformation initiatives. What You'll Do As a Data Analyst at MP, you will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across engineering and operational environments.
Your responsibilities may include:
Utilizing ServiceMax data to track service delivery, analyze field operations, and optimize resource allocation Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, develop data solutions, and support project initiatives Generating regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate project performance and operational metrics to management Preparing and contributing to internal and external reporting, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Developing dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights for stakeholders Supporting ongoing project initiatives through data analysis, validation, and reporting Identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports Assisting in continuous improvement initiatives and operational performance tracking Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role Experience with ServiceMax is strongly preferred Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Experience working with operational or field service data is a plus Understanding of KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team environments Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments Why You'll Love MP At MP, our people are our pride and joy.
