Job Description
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Data Analyst to support a fast-paced Robotics Supply Chain organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a cutting-edge technology environment while gaining hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain operations, supplier management, and data analytics.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with supply chain, procurement, or business operations data. This position will support ongoing sustaining programs, engineering change management activities, and daily supply-demand analysis for critical components.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain & Procurement SupportSupport daily supply chain operations and component demand planning activitiesAssist with Agile and Engineering Change Order (ECO) management processesCreate and manage purchase requisitions within procurement systemsTrack purchase orders and monitor supplier delivery performanceMaintain supplier databases, procurement records, and documentationCoordinate supplier communications regarding quotes, deliveries, and documentationData Analysis & ReportingAnalyze supply and demand requirements for componentsCreate reports, dashboards, pivot tables, and spend analyses using ExcelMonitor supplier performance metrics, including on-time deliveryMaintain pricing databases and cost comparison modelsGenerate regular business reports and project status updatesSupplier & Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate sample requests and supplier interactions with engineering teamsAssist with supplier onboarding and documentation managementParticipate in supplier meetings and cross-functional project discussionsSupport RFQ (Request for Quote) preparation and supplier evaluationsResearch & Continuous ImprovementConduct supplier and market researchCompile competitive intelligence and pricing benchmarksSupport cost reduction and supplier consolidation initiativesHelp document and improve procurement processes and proceduresQuality & Compliance SupportTrack supplier quality metrics and performance indicatorsMaintain supplier certification and compliance documentationAssist with audit preparation and corrective action tracking
