Data Entry Analyst The Nagler Group - 3.6 Somerville, MA Job Details Temporary $20 - $23 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Data integrity assurance Accounting systems Records maintenance Confidential information handling Oracle Accounts payable Data validation techniques Data cleaning Accurate transaction records management Administrative experience Task prioritization Financial record maintenance Data conversion Entry level Quality data entry Full Job Description Data Entry Analyst Contract 3+ Months $20-23/hr Onsite Somerville Organization seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support the Accounts Payable team after a conversion process. This individual will assist with reviewing and updating data in the current system, helping ensure records are accurate and up to date prior to the Oracle implementation. The role requires someone who is systems-savvy, highly organized, and able to identify discrepancies with a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate data within the existing system to identify and resolve discrepancies. Support with data cleanup and conversion-related activities. Perform data entry and administrative tasks as assigned by the department. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Work independently, take direction well, and proactively assist the team where needed.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable learning new systems and technology. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Previous data entry, administrative, experience preferred. Positive attitude
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday. Flexible start times of 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Consistency in the chosen schedule is required. #TNG123 #WETEMP
