This individual will lead the organizations enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence strategy. Partners closely with executive leadership, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and the VP of Business Applications to deliver scalable analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision support capabilities using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. This organization is one of the leading enterprises in the higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing sectors with diverse services and expertise to assist with compliance management. This position will be fully onsite for the first 90 days. After 90 days, the position will follow a hybrid schedule approved by the manager and Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Partner effectively with executive leadership, BPOs, and BPLs.
• Deliver scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned analytics solutions.
• Support enterprise KPI visibility and data-driven decision making.
• Promote reporting consistency, governance, and operational transparency.
• Collaborate closely with Business Applications, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.

• Cross-functional Analytics Enablement The compensation for this role is an annual salary of $275k with equity / bonus potential.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data management.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, data warehousing, data modeling, and SQL.
• Proven experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, reporting standards, and data quality best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to drive data-driven decision making and business outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to mentor team members, drive analytics adoption, and lead organizational change initiatives.
• Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric certifications preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
