Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000Key Responsibilities Analyze internal and external quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, process risks, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor process capability and quality performance metrics; provide recommendations to enhance process performance. Collaborate with senior quality personnel to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using standard quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, FMEA, SPC). Identify gaps in measurement systems using multiple data sources; work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data integrity and develop enhanced systems. Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management review and operational decision-making. Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including containment actions and disposition of nonconforming material. Utilize computer systems, including ERP platforms, for data tracking and analysis. Support implementation and application of continuous improvement tools and methodologies. Coordinate RT (return/repair/testing) activities with suppliers and customers. Plan and perform internal audits in accordance with established schedules. Candidate ProfileKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and statistical skills required. Experience with data visualization and dashboard development preferred. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems required. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and manage time and priorities efficiently. Strong communication skills and sound decision-making ability. Team-oriented with the ability to follow structured plans and meet objectives. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Professional quality certification (e.g., ASQ or equivalent) strongly preferred. Solid understanding of quality management systems. Experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and data analysis techniques.
