Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Protection, CASB, SSE/SASE, Network Security, or Cloud Security.
- Hands-on experience deploying and administering Netskope Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG) and/or Netskope Private Access (NPA).
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for web, cloud, and SaaS applications.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles and secure remote access architectures.
- Experience monitoring and analyzing web, cloud, and user activity to identify and prevent data leakage.
- Knowledge of cloud security concepts, including SaaS application security and access control.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving Netskope policy, access, and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with common security frameworks and compliance requirements such as
GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, ISO
27001, and NIST.- Understanding of network security concepts including proxies, SSL/TLS inspection, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and TCP/IP.
- Experience working with identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, or Ping Identity.
- Ability to create security reports, dashboards, and documentation for compliance and audit requirements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with security, infrastructure, networking, and business teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage Netskope NG SWG and/or NPA in an enterprise environment.
- Develop and manage DLP policies across web and cloud traffic, including policy design, testing, and tuning.
- Apply zero-trust network access (ZTNA) concepts to secure data in transit and control access to sensitive resources.
- Design, implement, and automate enterprise data-protection capabilities that safely govern sensitive information across cloud workloads.
- Monitor alerts, investigate incidents, and tune policies to balance detection efficacy with operational impact.
- Collaborate with security operations, compliance, and information protection administrators.
