Collect, consolidate, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, risks, and opportunities. Produce comprehensive quantitative and statistical analyses supporting organizational programs, initiatives, and leadership priorities. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, visualizations, and other analytical products that communicate organizational and workforce performance. Assist in designing and conducting comprehensive studies, statistical analyses, reports, and special analytical projects. Analyze data related to workforce trends, staffing, organizational performance, compensation, program operations, and other business areas. Develop metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and analytical methodologies for monitoring program effectiveness and organizational performance. Perform data quality reviews and reconciliation activities to identify incomplete, inconsistent, inaccurate, or anomalous information. Translate complex data and statistical findings into clear executive-level summaries, presentations, dashboards, and actionable recommendations. Support evaluation of organizational projects, programs, policies, and initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Respond to leadership data calls and ad hoc analytical requests by compiling, analyzing, and presenting relevant information. Develop repeatable reporting and analytical processes to improve the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of organizational reporting. Maintain supporting documentation for analytical methodologies, data sources, reports, and dashboards. Maintain a daily activity log documenting analytical activities and actions performed. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, business intelligence, workforce analytics, reporting, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience developing complex analyses, dashboards, reports, metrics, and executive-level data products using large or aggregated datasets. Federal Government experience preferred.
