Years Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Data Steward to support data analytics, reporting, data quality, and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, developing dashboards and reports, and collaborating with Data Owners to establish data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable business insights. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytical reports. Perform data validation, profiling, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with Data Owners to define and implement data quality rules. Support data stewardship, data governance, and end-to-end data lifecycle management. Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications:

6-9 years of experience in data analytics or a related field. Strong experience with data analysis, data quality, and reporting. Knowledge of data stewardship, data governance, and data lifecycle management. Experience developing data models, dashboards, and reports. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work onsite in Detroit at least 2 days per week.
