Job Description
Leads the global SQD systems and data organization reporting to the Head of SQ Global Process and Methods. Responsible for digital tools (eSQAL, legacy systems), dashboards, analytics, and AI solutions to enable data-driven decision-making and improve supplier quality performance. Create strategy and combine legacy systems into one non conformance and APQP system by partnering with Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Suppliers and Supplier Quality Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data, IT, or related field10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Systems, Data, or Process & MethodsStrong experience with:
Supplier performance systemsData analytics, dashboards, and reporting toolsDigital systems implementation and transformationProven leadership in global, cross-functional environmentsExperience in Power BI, Snowflake & Palantir is a plus
Travel:
