Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Analytics Engineer (Contract) to support the development of scalable analytics pipelines and dashboards using Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Tableau. This role will be responsible for working across the full data lifecycle, transforming raw data into analytics-ready datasets and enabling business insights through effective reporting and visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern data stack technologies and the ability to translate complex business requirements into reliable and scalable data models. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics pipelines and data models using Snowflake, dbt, and SQL. Transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets that support reporting and business intelligence initiatives. Develop and support Tableau dashboards and data visualizations to enable business insights and decision-making. Manage and support end-to-end data workflows, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting integration. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into structured data solutions. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through validation and testing processes. Create and maintain documentation for data models, workflows, and reporting solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across analytics environments. Contribute to the adoption and improvement of scalable analytics and data engineering best practices. Support ongoing enhancements to analytics platforms and reporting capabilities. Required Qualifications Strong SQL development and data analysis skills. Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling. Experience working within Snowflake-based data environments. Experience supporting end-to-end data workflows, including pipeline development, validation, and reporting integration. Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated attention to data quality, accuracy, and governance. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills with both business and technical stakeholders. Experience creating technical and process documentation. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with modern data stack architectures and cloud-based analytics platforms. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and analytics engineering best practices. Experience supporting enterprise-scale reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
