Your responsibilitiesJob SummaryThe Data/Analytics Intern will support the maintenance, enhancement, and ongoing support of tkMNA regional systems and applications within the Data & Analytics function. This role works closely with cross-functional team members to assist in developing dashboards, analytics solutions, and automation initiatives. By the end of the internship, the intern will gain exposure to multiple IT applications and hands-on experience with data visualization and Power Platform tools.
Job Description Key Accountabilities:
Learn and understand the functionality of various IT applications and systemsCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Understand databases, table schemas, and data relationshipsInterpret data, perform data analysis, and conduct data validationDevelop high-quality Power BI dashboards and visualizationsDesign and build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to streamline workflows and improve data captureCreate and configure Power Platform agents using Power Automate and Copilot Studio to automate processes and enhance user experienceWork with Cloud and DevOps teams on API development, integration, and performance optimizationParticipate in meetings and shadow team members to capture detailed system and process knowledgeDocument findings and update the knowledge repository with information gathered during shadowing sessionsFollow established department documentation standards and templatesPerform testing, enhancements, and quality checks to ensure solution accuracy and usabilityParticipate in peer-to-peer training sessions and solution reviewsSupport user documentation, training, and adoption of analytics and automation solutions
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited university. Junior or Senior academic standingBusiness Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or any degree in the related fields. 3.0 or higher GPAAbility to think critically and keep up in a fast-paced environment is criticalThe ideal candidate will have a passion for business and technologyInterest to learn data and create appealing Visualizations. Understanding of MS Power Platform.

Strong communication, research and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft O365 suite; Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and ExcelSelf-motivated, competitive, assertiveAbility to work both independently and in a team settingWillingness to take feedback and iterate on dashboards.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
