Data Security Analyst

Our client, a Nationwide benefits consulting organization, is seeking an IS Analyst to support and maintain their core IT infrastructure. The IS Analyst II supports and maintains IT infrastructure, ensuring systems, networks, and applications run reliably. This role serves as a key point of contact for end users and contributes to security, virtualization, and collaboration tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Hardware SupportInstall and maintain desktops, servers, and network equipmentSupport telephony, printers, and endpoint devicesTroubleshoot hardware and connectivity issuesServer & Application SupportMaintain server operating systems and applicationsManage user accounts, storage, and backupsInstall, update, and troubleshoot end-user applicationsUser SupportAct as primary IT contact for assigned locationsDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesSecurity & ComplianceMonitor systems for security risks and vulnerabilitiesAssist with incident response and remediationSupport audits and ensure compliance with IT security policiesVirtualization & SystemsSupport virtual desktops, servers, and hypervisorsCollaboration ToolsImplement and maintain collaboration platformsProvide user training and documentationIntegrate tools with email, phone, and other systems
