- builds and maintains relationships at varying levels throughout the organization; inspires trust and connection based on objectivity, expertise and curiosity Job Responsibilities This role serves as the plant's primary resource for the following operational systems and functions: Serve as the plant's Power BI owner; build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards tracking production rate, yield, downtime, scrap, and quality Serve as the site's subject matter expert and primary user for OHCMS (One Howmet Casting Manufacturing System), Howmet's internal manufacturing execution and lot traceability system, act as backup to the Lot Trace Administrator and maintain lot integrity across production operations Support inventory management functions including data pulls, reconciliation support, and reporting tied to production and supply chain accuracy Pull, clean, and consolidate production data from MES systems including OHCMS, establish and maintain data standards and governance protocols for site-level data Perform cost modeling in support of manufacturing engineering and operations decisions Translate raw operational data into actionable insights for frontline supervisors and plant leadership (this role bridges the floor and the boardroom, not just the boardroom) Analyze and disseminate data to relevant audiences Make recommendations based on synthesis and interpretation of data Align recommendations to business outcomes Serve as link between information and application functions Create and monitor standardized systems of gathering, understanding and sharing data Improve performance from job level to enterprise adoption and adaptation , Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
