This hybrid contract role offers the opportunity to help improve data quality, strengthen audience and guest data validation, and contribute to meaningful Q4 project deliverables. Responsibilities Build, update, and maintain operational and audience reporting dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Write and run SQL queries to analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets across multiple sources. Monitor data pipelines for anomalies, investigate discrepancies, and document findings clearly. Support root-cause analysis for data issues and help track follow-up actions with technical stakeholders. Document data definitions, metric logic, validation steps, and recurring workflows to support consistent reporting. Identify opportunities to streamline recurring analysis and improve dashboard functionality and usability. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science partners to clarify requirements and validate outputs. Contribute to assigned analysis, reporting, and documentation work aligned to Q4 project goals. Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Hands-on experience in data operations, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical field. Strong SQL skills with experience querying and validating large datasets. Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery. Experience monitoring data quality, identifying issues, and documenting technical findings. Ability to create clear documentation for metrics, processes, and reporting standards. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with both technical and business partners. Preferred Skills Experience with customer data platforms, audience management, identity data, or marketing technology. Background supporting retail, loyalty, marketing, merchandising, or customer data analytics. Experience with cloud-based data workflows in GCP and BigQuery. Familiarity with Python, scripting, or advanced BI features that help automate reporting. Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira or Confluence.
