HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION

The Motor Vehicle and Driver License Division, Compliance and Investigation Bureau are seeking a reliable and energetic new team member for their Dealer Service Group. As a Research/Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in the processing and handling of dealership licensing. Responsibilities

DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION

Develop and conduct research studies pertaining to dealerships and present the findings to all available stakeholders Identify dealerships that are not in compliance with Missouri laws and regulations Conduct and develop research studies based on the evaluations of dealerships and will provide improvement ideas or recommendations to leadership Review constituent complaints about a dealership and make necessary decisions of the action that will occur on the dealership dependent of the investigation Qualifications
