In this fast-paced role, you will monitor surveillance systems, coordinate with law enforcement and security teams, and manage critical communication channels to respond swiftly to incidents. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help maintain a secure environment while delivering exceptional internal and external customer service. Responsibilities Monitor CCTV systems, security cameras, and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Operate security systems including AV (audio-visual) equipment for surveillance monitoring and incident documentation. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, dispatching emergency services when necessary, and communicate effectively with internal teams via radio, phone, or digital channels. Document incidents accurately through detailed report writing, maintaining clear records of surveillance findings and security events. Manage internal communication flows efficiently to support loss prevention efforts and conflict management. Assist in dispatching personnel or resources during emergencies or operational disruptions to ensure swift resolution. Experience Prior experience in law enforcement, dispatching, or security system monitoring is highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency in CCTV system operation (AV), surveillance monitoring, and security technology. Strong communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly via phone or radio; experience in call center environments is a plus. Basic math skills for incident reporting and data analysis. Proven ability to handle conflict management situations professionally while maintaining composure under pressure. Familiarity with report writing, loss prevention strategies, and internal communication protocols. Technical proficiency with security systems, CCTV equipment, typing skills for documentation, and familiarity with security procedures enhances success in this role.
