Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support our team in managing, organizing, and analyzing key business data. This role plays an important part in ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and providing insights that help guide business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and able to identify inconsistencies or trends within data. Responsibilities Enter, clean, and maintain data across internal systems and spreadsheets Review data for accuracy and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies Generate and pull reports across various product lines Analyze sales data and present findings in a clear, organized format for internal meetings Assist in preparing quarterly reports, including sales performance and product line analysis Support competitor pricing analysis to help determine optimal market positioning Work closely with leadership to understand current reporting needs and deliver timely insights Organize and present data in a way that is easy to interpret and actionable Qualifications Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred:

Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or similar database systems Prior experience in data entry, reporting, or analytics Experience with formulas such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic data analysis tools Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong organizational and analytical skills Clear communication and ability to present data in a digestible format

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
