Data Management Analyst - Hybrid#26-06243 Charlotte, NC Onsite Contract Starts 6/29/2026 Ends 12/31/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ. This is a 6 month contract opportunity. We are seeking a Data Management Analyst within the Chief Data Office (CDO) to join the Enterprise Data Simplification and Management team. This role will support analysis to develop a Customer ADS Strategy and use the information gatd to draft and submit apelling business case for future funding. The ideal candidate will bring deep data management and governance expertise, strong strategic and analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across aplex enterprise while driving disciplined, measurable oues.
Responsibilities:
Consult on or participate in moderatelyplex initiatives and deliverables within Data Management Contribute to large-scale planning related to Data Management deliverables Review and analyze moderatelyplex Data Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Contribute to the resolution of moderatelyplex issues and consult with others to meet Data Management deliverables Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, andpliance requirements Collaborate with client personnel in Data Management
Requirements:
4 years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education Desired skills: Strong understanding of data management risks and principles Proven ability to lead large efforts and drive transformation initiatives Skilled in building global relationships and influencing across leadership levels Exceptional written and verbalmunication skills; effective in matrixed environments withpeting priorities Ability to deliver high-quality oues, take ownership of results, and consistently meet deadlines under pressure Ability to synthesize data to inform decisions and balance innovation with practical execution Experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries Experience in data strategy, customer analytics, or related roles Experience on the data management consulting side, not the technology side Ability tomunicate with executives in an easy to understand andpelling way Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
