Job Description
The role works closely with Operations, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, and Transportation teams. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Build Excel dashboards, charts, and performance scorecards. Track warehouse KPIs, including: Productivity Backlog Service levels Labor utilization Inventory accuracy Order aging Analyze performance across departments, processes, and shifts. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and reasons operational targets are missed. Present findings and recommendations to warehouse leadership. Support production planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Validate data to ensure reports are accurate and completed on time. Organize large amounts of operational data and turn it into clear, useful information. Required QualificationsExperience with warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operational data analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: PivotTables Formulas Charts Dashboards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and clearly communicate findings. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP EWM. Previous experience supporting a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment operation.
