North Star Community Credit Union is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to help protect the accuracy, reliability, and performance of the systems that support our employees and members.
This is more than a behind-the-scenes technology role. Your work will directly influence how efficiently our teams operate and how effectively we serve our communities.
What Youll Be DoingIn this role, you will: Monitor data, system processes, and operational workflows Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes Troubleshoot issues affecting branch and back-office operations Create and validate accurate business reports Work with SQL, Excel, databases, and integrated systems Support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements Partner with IT, operations, vendors, and business teams Develop reliable processes that reduce risk and improve efficiency Develop workflows using Ai Automation platformsYou May Be a Great Fit If YouEnjoy analyzing information and solving complex problemsHave experience working with data, systems, operations, or technologyAre comfortable using SQL and Microsoft ExcelCommunicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical teamsNotice details others may missTake ownership of issues and follow through on solutionsEnjoy improving processes and building more efficient ways of workingWhat Were Looking ForThree to five years of similar or related experienceA bachelors degree or recognized professional certifications equivalent to a degreeKnowledge of SQL, Excel, computer systems, hardware, and softwareBasic understanding of Windows Server systems and networkingStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsWhy North Star?
