TS-SCI PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage structured data systems to ensure accuracy, maintainability, scalability, and secure access.
- Execute automated monitoring of intelligence, diplomatic, open-source information, after-action reports, and component inputs and provide analytical insights on global trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Create tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Collaborate in iterative cycles, ensuring analytics deliverables align with evolving requirements and priorities.
- Gather input from stakeholders to refine tools, reports, and workflows for improved usability and relevance.
- Generate clear, tailored reports and disseminate results across multiple organizational levels to inform strategic decisions.
- Apply statistical methods, machine learning, and advanced analytics to identify patterns, generate forecasts, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Assess available datasets, identify opportunities, and apply emerging analytical techniques and visualization methods to uncover new insights and enhance decision-making.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 7 years of experience designing and implementing data collection strategies, management, and in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Expertise in Python, R, Business Intelligence tools and data cleaning and wrangling.
- Proficient in Structured Query Language database management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Direct experience developing Machine Learning models required.
