Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and investigate data records that fail automated matching and validation processes.
Research and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and data quality exceptions.
Perform data cleansing activities, including standardization, formatting corrections, validation, and deduplication.
Monitor data quality dashboards, exception reports, and remediation queues.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring data issues and recommend improvements.
Support the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of a Master Data Management (MDM) platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure accurate data entry and data governance practices.
Document remediation activities and maintain audit trails for compliance and reporting purposes.
Assist in maintaining accurate customer, partner, and enterprise master data records.
