Responsibilities:

Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for reporting and analysis. Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel or Tableau. Translate analytical findings into business insights and requirements. Document analytical approaches, assumptions, data sources, logic, and analytical methodologies. Support both technical and non-technical stakeholders in understanding data outputs. Align business needs with data solutions and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

3-7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Experience gathering and documenting requirements and processes. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy programs, Medicaid, Long-Term Care (LTC), or EVV environments. Experience developing SOPs and operational documentation. Knowledge of data governance, data modeling, or ETL processes. If hired, you will enjoy the following
