This segment is classified into two main product groupings - carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
Role Purpose The Analyst, Forecasting & Analytics is on the Gorilla Glass Commercial Forecasting Team. You will model major OEM demand at the SKU level and maintain a rigorous record of the assumptions, drivers, and changes behind every forecast. You will be the team's source of truth for why the number is the number - and the person who turns repetitive analytical work into automated, scalable tools that improve the forecast and the broader commercial function. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Product Line Managers, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance - translating market intelligence and customer signals into defensible forecasts that inform key business decisions.
