$35-39/hr Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Apparel Quality Analyst to support product quality assurance initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment. This role combines quality analytics, customer-insight mining, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to help translate product performance data into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with varied data sources, including customer feedback, returns information, vendor performance metrics, and product history. You will help strengthen visibility into quality trends and develop clear reporting that supports product excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, and analyze product quality data from internal and external platforms. Review customer comments, product reviews, and return data to identify recurring quality concerns and opportunities. Build and maintain reports tracking quality metrics, vendor performance, chargebacks, and product history. Create clear, actionable presentations and data summaries for cross-functional partners and senior leadership. Collaborate with product, sourcing, production, and quality teams to improve how quality information is captured, visualized, and shared. Serve as a liaison between external partners, internal cross-functional teams, and leadership stakeholders. Support departmental operations, including budget tracking, invoicing, vendor documentation, factory approvals, and business continuity records. Manage administrative activities such as reviewing incoming reports, coordinating meetings, and documenting team recaps. Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in apparel quality, retail operations, product analytics, or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex or unstructured data into meaningful insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting findings to leadership audiences. Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Ability to work onsite in the New York office 2-3 days per week, with additional in-office time as needed during onboarding.
