Data Analyst

We're looking for a Workplace Data & Planning Analyst to support space planning and facilities operations by managing workplace data, tracking occupancy, and preparing reports. In this role, you'll help maintain accurate data and use Excel to support day-to-day planning needs. If you are detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update workplace data, including seating plans, occupancy, and workstation allocation.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across Excel trackers and internal systems.
• Perform regular audits and data validation checks.
• Build and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and visualizations (charts, graphs).
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for site planning and facilities leadership.
• Identify trends in space utilization and provide basic insights.
• Support site planners with workspace tracking and updates.
• Assist in mapping seating arrangements and space allocation.
• Help maintain documentation of floor plans and space changes.
• Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination as needed.
• Support administrative tasks related to facilities operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in data support, operations, or administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage and organize large datasets.
