Job Description

This internship will support the Global Supply Chain Master Data Management (GDM) team by assisting with activities that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness to support successful product launches. The intern will also partner with the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) team to assess, document, and help streamline the Global Supply Chain reporting landscape, with a focus on identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. Experience with Excel and data analysis tools Experience using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Interest in supply chain processes, data management & governance, and analytics
Work Environment:
Professional office setting Ability to work on-site 5 days a week at the Victor office. This is a paid internship. Prolonged sitting in front of a computer
Experience:
Not required; prior Internship experience is a plus.
Education:
Current college student, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial / Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar discipline, entering their Junior or Senior year/working towards a post-graduate degree. Minimum GPA requirement 3.0 Support the Global Data Management (GDM) team by improving the quality and accuracy of master data outputs through the development and enhancement of automated data validation and quality checks that are currently performed manually. Identify common failure points, manual handoffs, and opportunities to reduce rework to help drive higher quality results Analyze the current Global Supply Chain reporting landscape, including where multiple teams are using different reports to achieve similar outcomes and where reports exist but are underutilized. Collaborate with GSC stakeholders to assess reporting requirements and help develop recommendations for report rationalization, standardization, and improved usability. Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests using available tools and datasets, as appropriate. Prepare clear documentation, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to the broader team.
