Job Description

Job Summary Seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst to ensure enterprise data is accurate, complete, reliable, and aligned with governance and regulatory standards. This role focuses on assessing data quality, implementing data controls, supporting governance initiatives, and driving remediation efforts across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data quality management, SQL, Collibra, ETL processes, and enterprise data governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Assess data quality across enterprise data elements, structures, and systems Identify, analyze, and document issues related to data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and formatting Design, develop, and execute manual and automated data quality checks and validation processes Perform ongoing and ad hoc data reviews, audits, profiling, and investigations Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and recommend remediation strategies Develop and maintain data quality frameworks, controls, standards, and governance processes Prepare reports, findings, and summaries for business and technical stakeholders Create and maintain documentation related to: Data quality testing processes Standards and procedures Governance and control guidelines Ensure enterprise data aligns with product requirements, client expectations, and governance policies Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and governance groups to support data quality initiatives Support master data management and enterprise data governance activities Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise data management practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience with 7+ years in data management roles 4+ years of experience in data quality, data governance, or data management roles Experience building and implementing data quality frameworks, policies, and controls Strong understanding of: Data governance Master data management Data modeling Hands-on experience with SQL Experience working with ETL processes and data integration workflows Experience with data profiling and data cleansing techniques Experience investigating and resolving complex data quality issues Strong root cause analysis and remediation planning skills Experience with Collibra Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Data-related certifications such as CDMP or Certified Data Quality Professional Experience supporting enterprise governance and regulatory compliance initiatives Experience working with large-scale enterprise data environments Familiarity with automated data quality monitoring and governance tools Primary Skills Collibra SQL Data Governance Data Quality Management ETL Processes Data Profiling Root Cause Analysis
