School Systems Experience Lead Salary Grade:
Business Grade 08/ BG-08 Tulsa Public Schools' existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service. Position Summary:
The School Systems Experience Lead leads the design and implementation of educator and user-facing system adoption and learning experiences for Tulsa Public Schools. This role is responsible for shaping how schools experience and use core district systems by developing and coordinating training strategies, guiding consistent practices, and elevating user feedback into actionable recommendations. The Experience Lead serves as a key school-facing authority, partnering closely with School Systems Managers, Developers, and district leaders to balance usability, instructional needs, and operational requirements while operating within established governance structures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional technology, or a related field; or the ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience
Experience:
• Three (3) or more years of experience supporting educators, systems, or professional learning • Experience working with enterprise or school-facing digital systems
