Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation:

$27.00-$27.75/hour

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support operations within a new automated warehouse environment. This role will analyze warehouse, inventory, and operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, monitor performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Analyze warehouse and Warehouse Management System (WMS) data to monitor operational performance.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators for warehouse operations.

Track inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, throughput, and equipment performance.

Identify trends, process issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with warehouse, operations, IT, and automation teams to investigate data discrepancies and operational problems.

Validate WMS data and support accurate inventory and transaction reporting.

Support continuous improvement initiatives through data and performance analysis.

Automate recurring reports and data processes where possible.

Present findings and recommendations to management and operational teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with Excel and data analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL.

Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Experience with warehouse operations or inventory management.

Experience with automated material-handling systems.
