40 hours/week. Dayshift position. 8am-4:30pm but shifts will vary, department is flexible.

Position Summary:
Daily management of individual and group data, the wellness portal and other IS systems. With primary oversight of data management and systems, the data analyst is responsible for providing technical support to clients, members and the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Wellness teams. Leadership - Performs other duties and participates in activities outside of the day-to-day management of the department. Works well with other management peers on interdepartmental projects.
The following duties are considered secondary to the primary duties listed above: Participates in communication efforts to all customers affected by changing systems by maintaining a positive, proactive approach. Gathers and analyzes information data and prepares corresponding report to communicate information to appropriate team correspondents. Establishes procedures for and maintains backup files. Participates in system upgrades both development, testing and implementation planning. Other duties as assigned.
