Job Description

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The Master Data (SSMD) team supports all CertainTeed business units across North America and Canada. This role is critical to ensuring master data is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal controls and business requirements. As a Senior Data Control Analyst, you will: Own the accuracy and integrity of master data across multiple business units Review and approve mass data updates and material master changes Ensure all data maintenance follows standard operating procedures and Saint-Gobain Internal Control Standards Monitor workflows (Livelink) to maintain timely processing Validate requests against approval matrices and data governance requirements Maintain and update Quality Work Instructions and train users Analyze high volumes of data to identify and resolve inconsistencies Prepare monthly KPIs and data validation reports for leadership Drive process improvements by evaluating workflows and identifying efficiency opportunities Provide direction, support, and motivation to Data Control Analysts within the team This role directly impacts profitability, sales, and customer satisfaction. Poor data management can lead to billing errors, delayed deliveries, lost revenue, and reporting inaccuracies.

What you bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Processing, Computer Science, or Information Management3 to 4 years of master data experience within CertainTeed or a similar environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on large data sets Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal Proficiency in ERP systems and standard PC applications Advanced skills in Excel, along with working knowledge of Visio and PowerPoint Key strengths: High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing quality Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships and work across teams Strong time management and organizational discipline Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
