Job Description

Job Description We're hiring a Data Analyst to support a team that monitors and improves vehicle connectivity across a large fleet. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with real-world operational data and building dashboards that help teams quickly understand system performance. You'll work closely with experienced analysts, operations leaders, and technical teams to analyze connectivity data, surface issues, and create clear, reliable dashboards using Qlik products. What You'll Do
  •  Analyze vehicle and device connectivity and operational data to identify trends and common issues
  •  Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Qlik Sense / QlikView or similar products
  •  Ensure Data Quality on reporting and dashboards
  •  Monitor key metrics related to connectivity health, availability, and performance
  •  Support investigations into outages or performance degradation with data analysis
  •  Help automate recurring reports and improve dashboard usability
  •  Document metrics, dashboards, and data definitions to support team consistency
  •  Work with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.
  •  Create custom queries for new and ad hoc requests
  •  Learn and grow by partnering with senior analysts and stakeholders

  •  Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  •  1-2 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role (internships, co-ops, or relevant coursework welcome)
  •  Working knowledge of Qlik Sense or QlikView (professional or academic experience)
  •  Basic to intermediate SQL skills
  •  Comfortable working with structured data and learning new data sources
  •  Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to ask questions
  •  Ability to communicate insights clearly, even when the answer is "we need more data" Nice to Have
  •  Exposure to operational, system, or time-series data (telemetry, logs, IoT, etc.)
  •  Introductory experience with scripting or automation (Qlik scripting, Python, etc.)
  •  Familiarity with KPIs or dashboards used by operations or reliability teams
