The Hybrid Data Informatics Auto Analyst supports assigned client accounts by turning operational, financial, and product-performance data into actionable insights. The role partners with Client Success Managers and Client Success Executives to improve client workflows, monitor service performance, identify growth opportunities, and produce accurate reporting for business reviews and scorecards. Operational Develop metrics that measure client workflow performance, identify indicators of future improvement opportunities, and track overall product or program outcomes. Collaborate with the Client Success Manager and Client Success Executive to evaluate client workflows, diagram existing processes, and recommend process improvements. Plan and implement process improvement initiatives for designated clients that drive efficiency and improve product and service results. In partnership with Client Success Manager, monitor key product performance against service level agreements (SLA's) and client expectations. Compile and analyze client performance data for the Client Success Manager to review and deliver to the client. Proactively collect data to identify and address root causes of problems or underperformance. Financial Based on client analytics and trends, identify areas for revenue growth, potential leakage, and adoption of new products that fit the client's existing solution set.
