We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support critical data quality and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career data professional who enjoys working with data, troubleshooting quality issues, and ensuring information is accurate and reliable across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Review and investigate data records that fail automated matching and validation processes.
Research and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and data quality exceptions.
Perform data cleansing activities, including standardization, formatting corrections, validation, and deduplication.
Monitor data quality dashboards, exception reports, and remediation queues.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring data issues and recommend improvements.
Support the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of a Master Data Management (MDM) platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure accurate data entry and data governance practices.
Document remediation activities and maintain audit trails for compliance and reporting purposes.
Assist in maintaining accurate customer, partner, and enterprise master data records. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Operations, or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, and data cleansing.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Informatica MDM or other Master Data Management platforms.
Basic SQL experience for querying and validating data.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
Experience with deduplication, match-merge processes, or entity resolution workflows.
Experience working with customer, vendor, product, or partner master data.
