Remote(PST) Contract on W2 What's the Job? Manage data analytics projects to support the Talent & Culture function. Discover, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights. Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and interact with company executives effectively. Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, focusing on user experience and data modernization. Analyze end-to-end processes and underlying data to identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements. What's Needed? Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or related fields. Proficiency in Power BI and SSRS, with experience in SQL, Python, and Alteryx. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively. Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
