- + Manage the WTW H&B Carrier Management strategy in collaboration with H&B Region Leaders and H&B Regional Broking Leaders (inclusive of specialty leaders) + Directly manage the carrier relationship of top ten carriers + Identify ways to leverage effective carrier relationships by maximizing the potential of the WTW H&B portfolio of business.

- + Manage H&B Market Derived Income revenue with year over year growth expectations to be established annually + Analyze commission levels and provide strategic guidance + Work closely with the H&B leadership team to drive growth and profitability with actionable insights throughout the year
- Qualifications
- Requirements
- + Extensive experience in employee benefits broking, insurance or consulting + Extensive knowledge of the insurance market with a deep understanding of carriers and clients + Ability to understand the dynamics of the market and anticipate / identify potential conflicts of interest for H&B activity and future market evolution + Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment + High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management + Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are necessary for this job + Strong facilitation skills - ability to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement + Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills + Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent + Ability to act as an ambassador for the Company This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until a sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.

- Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
- Compensation
- The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 USD annually. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
