Job Description

Data Scientist Now hiring a Data Scientist to work a year long contract position for a major employer in the Knoxville, TN area. The Data Scientist will build tech specific dashboards using Tableau and work heavily with SQL. Data Scientist Responsibilities Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large data sets Apply machine learning techniques where applicable to improve forecasting, segmentation, and predictive insights Use Python for data manipulation, modeling, and automation Design and implement data models to support tech-specific initiatives Data Scientist Requirements 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.) Experience with machine learning models and predictive analysis

Pay:

$60.00 - $62.00 per hour
