Job Description

Data Analyst People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Data Analyst to join our data team to help drive business insights and informed decision-making. This full-time hybrid position is responsible for identifying trends and developments in our data environments and presenting these findings and corrective recommendations to supervisors, senior management, and other interested parties.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Location:
3000 Ames Crossing Rd, Ste 600, Eagan, MN 55121 - Hybrid 1 day in-office a week
Hiring Range:
$66,997 - $72,356/ Hourly based on qualifications
Hiring Bonus:

Main Job Duties:
Query and analyze data involving SQL queries, csv/excel exports, or existing business intelligence (BI) reports. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports. Collect, clean, validate, and maintain datasets from internal and external sources. Identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, or quality issues and recommend remediation. Translate business questions into analytical approaches and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Quality, IT, etc.) Meet attendance and scheduling requirements as an essential function of the role.
Requirements Required Education and Experience :
Associate degree or higher in Business or Health Services Administration, or completion of relevant coursework in these fields. Alternatively, a minimum of five years of directly related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Two years or more experience in healthcare contact centers or patient access in a Team Lead or Scheduler role Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively English language proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience :
2+years of Workforce Management experience Experience generating and adjusting schedules with Paylocity, Paycom, or equivalent program Prior experience in the mental health field
